Greetings! This mod contains the reading pavilion series 2-06-43. Such a small building will meet the cultural needs of your citizens. It is convenient to place the pavilion in the courtyard so as not to build many large cinemas

Thank you;) Yes, most likely so. To be honest, I have never seen anything like it, but I found this building in a collection of typical projects.

Another hit. It's so lovely to have a variety of cultural buildings, I don't even want to remember the times when there was only the one huge ugly vanilla cinema which you had to put all over the place for lack of alternatives. And the less space they use up the better, as you say. Thanks!

I don't have any idea what a reading pavilion is though. Is it a sort of library, where people do not only get books but also sit and read them right there? Is that a thing in your country?
