BF4 AS-VAL - (scriptless repack) - (Silenced SMG)

Done by request, revamped this original submission of the BF4 AS-VAL: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=974970145.

I took out the scripts and icons so you can use your own separate ones. I also removed the sounds that were overriding the other sounds in the game.

Use this submission of the weapon if you want to:
- not override other in-game sounds;
and/or
- use other icons/weapon scripts for this weapon
