Common Tweaks

Common sense, but for tweaks. Adds in some QoL tweaks to enhance the gameplay.

Currently adds:
-Components craftable in smithy. Seriously, crafting components in vanilla requires components to make the workstation. How did the first component ever get made?

-Makes end/bedside tables function as a single-stack storage. I put things on my end table all the time. Why can't pawns? Bedside knives ftw.



Note: If added into existing saves, already existing end tables will not become storages. I recommend deconstructing and rebuilding them, as reinstalling doesn't update them either.

Bugs:
Shouldn't be any atm. I did some testing in-game to make sure things worked, so let me know if I ended up missing anything.
