I honestly couldn't find official stats on the capacity. You say 161 seats and my mod says 160, so I guess that's kinda close. :D
None of my mods (except my trams and metros) include standing capacity. I'll add that when the game has functionality for that. I don't think it's very fair to be able to transport 160 standing pax and having everyone leave the train happy after standing up so crammed for 2 hours. ;)

Why did you set capacity that low? A train consisting of three cars can fit 137-161 seats plus 160 standing people.
