ACOT - NSC (ACOT Favor) [OBSOLETE]

This is a simple mod to fix the problem where combat computers don't show up on NSC ships, and thus are not automatically used, when ACOT Override is enabled. This will make it so the AI will upgrade all parts of their ships except for Combat Computers to ACOT delta tech and beyond.

Correct Mod order:

NSC
ACOT
ACOT Overrides
ACOT - NSC (ACOT Favor)

NOTE:
Currently NSC ships can only use Delta-tier technology and lower. This is intentional; once you get Alpha-Tier you are supposed to be moving towards Precursor Ship Types.
