描述
Adds a shorcut to enable/disable building button and sets it to T

Ironman, Savegame and MP compatible

Should be compatible with most UI mods.
NOT compatible with Dynamic UI Overhaul.

Big thanks to Aow for telling me how to mod hotkeys(or just mod stellaris in general) otherwise this mod wouldnt exist.
