Description:
Adds 6 building slots to planets ( 18 total ) and adjust UI to work with "Planetary Diversity - Planet View".
95% vanilla, I only fixed sizes and slightly moved "Ethics" in the "Population" tab ( for convenience ).

Please Read Me:
Will NOT work "UI Overhaul Dynamic"!
But
Works perfectly with "UI Overhaul 1080p Plus",
Just put "Planetary Diversity - Planet View" and "18 Slots for PD Planet View" below it.

Can you please update as of 3.9 when select planet the game freezes and need to be forced shutdown as unresponsive program.
