This functionality now exists in the vanilla game as a part of the Armory/Protolab UI redesign, this mod will most likely break the game.

Previously: This mod adds weapon/equipment counters to the armory and proto lab.
It helps to organize pushes because now you see exactly which weapons your team mates have so you don't end up with a team of flamethrowers or rail exos.
