Flat Textures

This addon could help out those who play on potatoes and need a bit of an FPS boost.

"Each texture file was recursively converted to jpg, analyzed for average pixel color, then replaced with a generated 4x4 flat color jpg from that average RGB value, and finally converted back to VTF" -Field
