Foldable Stock for the Auto Shotgun

IMMERSION TIME!

In both Left 4 Dead 1 and Left 4 Dead 2, the survivors always extend the stock of the Auto Shotgun in their first person animation while in third person the stock is extended at all time. This mod changes that, so now the stock of the Auto Shotgun will be retracted whenever the survivors are holding another item and go back to be extended when the survivors are currently holding said weapon.

The way this is achieved is through editing the original script for the Auto Shotgun (weapon_autoshotgun.txt) to make use of an "AddonModel" which is the model used for the weapon/item when is on the back of the survivors. Be aware that because of this, the shotgun will turn invisible on your back when you're playing online in servers without this mod.

@Sergi388 The frustrating thing that's still going on is that after doing this process the foldable stock on the auto shotgun still isn't working in-game. I repeated this process again after AxeKiller6277 emailed a new, updated version of his mod. After doing it again, it's still not working. I was wondering if you and I could find a way to resolve this?

@Sergi388 Hello again, my friend. After working extensively with my good friend, AxeKiller6277 over email and steam chat, analyzing and modifying the coding of Axe's Auto shotgun (Insane) script mod via implanting "AddonModel" "models/w_models/weapons/w_autoshot_m4super_folded.mdl" under the "// Weapon data is loaded by both the Game and Client DLLs." of the file. I then put the newly modified "l4d2 weapon_autoshotgun (insane).txt" into a folder labeled "Scripts" within a desktop folder labeled "Tester". Then I but the "Tester" folder into the vpk.exe file within "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\bin". And lastly put the new Tester vpk. file within the addon directory file.

@Sergi388 With your confirmation I now know that it's possible. I recently downloaded Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools, but I've never used it before. So I want to try see how I can help AxeKiller6277 to modify this so they work compatibly together. I also wanted to humbly ask you for your permission to modify this Epic mod of yours?

Is one or the other plus in the description I explained how it is achieved so you can modify the mod you're linking in order to have the foldable stock + the stats changes.
