Half-Life 2 Leak Metropolice Voice Restoration

Description
This addon recreates and restores the original vocoder effects for the metrocops heard in the leaked beta of Half-Life 2.



This restores the 2003 (maybe 2002, unsure..) version of the civil protection officer's vocoder effect.

These are retail voice lines that are vocoded using a sample of dialogue that used the original vocoder.


Watch the demonstrative video above to hear the recreated effect.


The effect will not sound exactly the same as the original! I do not have access to the original vocoder settings. Not to mention, the voice acting was done differently for the 2004 era of the cp's voicelines. I attempted my best at recreating this cool voice from presumably 2003. If you can do better, then by all means; have at it.




WHAT DOES THIS REPLACE?

All 321 voicelines for the metropolice with the new vocoded lines. It also replaces the cops' and overwatch's radio on/off sounds. If you have any addon that changes their voices or radio effects, there will be conflicts.

NOTICE:
If you hear vanilla lines or sfx (like the metropolice clicking on and off sfx), simply restart the game.
