Replaces the Meteor Staff with Megumin's initial staff. I don't have experience spriting. I did not change the meteors. The hat on my Megumin player is not mine nor is it included in this addon.

In episode 2, the first episode in which Megumin appears in the anime, it's blue.

The color for the gem thing is supposed to be red and not blue, good retexture though.
