1945年，第二次世界大战以同盟国的胜利而告终。
人类历史上最大的战争为全球人民带来了和平的曙光，但也为冷战做下了铺垫，纳粹主义被同盟所击败，一种新的冲突开始了。
但，如果情况恰恰相反呢？
这个模组为你提供了这样一个世界观——在这个时间线上，大东亚共荣圈与轴心国共同击败了同盟国，开启了混乱与秩序并存的时代。本时间线的转折点位于1936年的中日互不侵犯协定。游戏始于1950年，奇迹武器的研发还在进行之中，各个国家被迫将科研重心集中到战术核武器上。美国，这场大战的输家，因为种族问题而分裂至今，自由世界的灯塔已经陨灭。英国，几乎无心顾及英伦三岛以外的国家，将其宝石上的明珠拱手相让。在东方，共荣圈的领导者日本，也因为严重的经济问题停滞不前。西方的德国业已实现了“生存空间”，但其统治者希特勒一人已经无力掌管这一庞大的帝国，德国的内部充斥着腐败与官僚主义。相反，另一位胜利者，意大利，正致力于驱逐德国的影响力，并已经准备好接手世界。在第二次，也是最后一次大战结束几年之后，这个世界该如何发展？在德国的支持下，中华联邦共和国变得日益强盛。

Honestly there is a problem that,some of the ideology like comunnism explanation meaning radonmly replaced with this ?????????? for this example and the city to like in saint petersburg under german colony it did the same. However the question is for japanese Dev can you finaly rework ussr,because i do not see focus tree explaning in this text but it empty.
