Introduction
Fix a terrible bug from Firaxis - 999+ specialty district building time from February update by removing 'Culture Industry' policy.
Feature
To play the Dramatic Ages mode, this mod is essential. Without this mod, you will experience 999+ specialty district building time when you apply 'Culture Industry' policy. Even though you ignore the 'Culture Industry' policy, the stupid AIs will apply it and they will be building districts forever, making the game less challenging. This malignant bug will kill your game!

GoldenAge – Brave New World also fixed this bug by modifying 'Culture Industry' policy into: The regional bonus Culture from buildings has no limit toward all cities. Theater districts provide Gold equal to their Culture bonus. (Note: Theater buildings also have regional effect in this mod.)

This problem has been repaired by Firaxis,so this mod is not needed now

It seems this mod only fixed one of the triggers, not the underlying problem as the problem is now occurring even with the mod.

I have ALL modes unselected but still have had the bug show up.

This mod removes the policy entirely. I would like to see someone remove just the offending part of it (the production modifier) and leave the policy in with the other features enabled.

Hey has anyone noticed any weird things with great works since using this mod? I just found in my game that my great works are being deleted when a new one is created, specifically Relics of the Void.
