[Simfphys] GTA IV Vehicles HD Textures

With the release of Randy's simfphys GTA IV vehicles pack, it's clear that the GTA IV textures has shown its age. This mod is a port of a a mod by Ash_735 from GTAForums[gtaforums.com] that enhances interiors on select vehicles, sourced from Max Payne 3, and extensively edited by Ash_735 with improved texture resolutions.
