Cygaria Motors presents its Mulit Porpose APC. The Cuda M21 is a heavily modified and up armored small personel carrier with rock solid performance.
Its rear comparetment is protected by a small arms proof shield, whilst the trunk features a large battery for long range drives, two seats and spare Cargo crates for stowage

The Toolbar config is easy to use and pretty much self explanatory. If there are any issues though, lemme know in the comments.

Q: It has sub grids... will it explode?
A: If you've sacrificed your first born to Clang, No. Hopefully...

Q: Is the DLC necessary?
A: Not really. The things used from the Wasteland DLC are just the Barred Windows and the Retrofuture Skin

Q: Will there be a non DLC Version?
A: Maybe, Maybe not. I'll have to see how popular these get.
