Stop it Slender Camera SWEP

Camera from the Stop it Slender gamemode ported into Sandbox

Located under: Weapons --> Slender

This does not require the Stop it Slender gamemode to work, but it would be nice to the creators of the gamemode for you to try it out if you haven't yet.

Includes:
- Normal Camera
- Camera with Unlimited Light Battery
- Camera but it says "PLAY" instead of "REC"
- Camera with "PLAY" and Unlimited Light Battery

How to use:
- Primary to Toggle Flashlight
- (Hold) Secondary and Drag to Zoom (up zooms in, down zooms out)
- Reload to Reset Zoom

Some Changes from the Original:
- The light from the camera uses the player's flashlight instead
- The sound for the light shutting off after draining the battery completely was changed to a less intense sound
- The UI has a display of whether the flashlight is on or off and the battery percentage (if not using unlimited light battery) under the health meter
- Other things that I can't remember
