Ye, fair, you'll wanna swap the bars out for fire/ice essence or better, with the outer ring being spirit wood. Designed this when I was first learning the game, the stands would also be better off as spirit stone block instead of the respective ice crystal/igneocopper bars, the room's also better used for plain cultivation with qi and element saturation rather than breakthroughs as there's not enough space to perform manual qi bursts.

Uh, this isn't right. If those are bars, then they're not gathering qi. If they're essence bars, there's some wasted. In either case, the "4th" tiles from center aren't doing anything except generating heat/cold because they only cover 3 tiles for gathering qi. The idea of balancing heat/cold is good, but the room is not.
