All the recipes and what not for bleached fibers were already in the mod and look correct so I have no idea why they weren't working correctly. Since the fcs didn't let me duplicate the hemp boiler to make a new machine the hemp boiler should now just produce the bleached fibers directly.

hi i tried it and it does now accept bleached fibers into the building (but they vanish upon entry) :)
(i had to remove some jobs i had and do an import as well)

im grateful for doing what you did - i dont suppose maybe another way that might work, could be this?

- to duplicate the Hemp Boiler machine (which takes Hemp and makes hemp fibres (as Hemp Bleacher)
- to duplicate the hemp boiling recipe, (as hemp bleaching)
- and to simply swap the input of the new Hemp Bleacher, as hemp fibres, giving the bleached hemp fibers as output (which the paper maker already is st to accept)

i tried to load the crafting expanded oil.mod in fcs but i dont know what im doing, and when i try to do something, i dont see how to do it :)

So made a quick change that should add the recipe for bleaching to the paper screening bench. No idea if it works

and an idea to salvage those basic shoes and clothes to get something back.

(btw i made a recycling mod for rimworld so am always trying to find a way to get a something back, even if it is 1 Cat for 0-value shoes) :) if you can help me in some way i can happily try and add you an item for one of my mods or make you a rhyme as thanks for looking :)

ah many thanks for the reply, i got stuck on a few things i was trying to do, (but im very new to kenshi and modding etc)

basically, i was playing with the crafting expanded (oil) mod, and there is a new research to unlock, which lets you make paper (to help with making some books).... it is a cool mod, but there is 1 building missing which is required in the paper-making chain.

i had a look and it uses Hemp items, to be processed, and then the processed Hemp needs to be bleached, but there isnt any recipe or building to make the Bleached Fibers (which the final machine requires to turn into paper) :)

Depends what it is you're looking for. I haven't done anything with Kenshi in a while
