Gold TDMCars Skins

Replaces skin 9 on all of your tdmcars, so no more nails. It works as a fallback, so all of your skins that you have on skin 9 will still work, but if you dont have one for skin 9, then you can use this.

I grabbed Sentry's version, and I changed a lot of it.
Also, there may be a bug where it doesnt work on some maps. Im not sure. If you have an issue with it, please send me a screenshot, or I will not help you.
