**Thankfully, Paradox has made this Collection obsolete; having given the base game a wide variety of Cim complexions.**

A Collection of Cims that have darker skin tones. Some of these are included in the base game and some are from the Workshop. I saved the base game ones with darker skin tones and a few that have lighter skin tones but are necessary for a functioning city in case you want to use a mod like No Vanilla Citizens to have a city populated by mostly brown-skinned people.

I hope that people add even more diverse cims to the Workshop so that this Collection can expand.
