Auto Pause on Fleet Idle (except military)

描述
This mod raises an event and pauses the game whenever a non-military fleet becomes idle (e.g. when a science ship finishes surveying a system or completes a project or when a construction ship finishes building a structure etc.).

This mod is based on another mod "Auto pause on fleet idle", the only difference is it won't pause when a military fleet becomes idle.

This is an excellent mod. Any chance you could make another version that stops Transports from making alerts? Makes it really hard when you try to rally Assault Armies to a system.
