OBSOLETE - As of december 9th, 2021, this mod is no longer needed for the latest version of Civil Wars.
If you still use older versions, report errors to me. Solutions are not guaranteed.

I have since lost the files I used to make this patch and I forgot how it all works so an update is gonna be unlikely regardless.

This mod aims to fix the compatibility issues between Ethics and Civics Classic and Civil Wars and will not be able to function without subscribing to the both of them.

All factions from Ethics and Civics Classic should be able to rebel now.

You should probably put this BELOW both mods. If you run into any issues, try putting this mod ABOVE them.
Updates may, and I repeat may, be infrequent, since both mods get updated often.

I may have put you out of a job. I just added support for the other two factions from Ethics and Civics Classic. I still don't use the mod, so I'm not positive there are no bugs, but I'm pretty sure it's all good now. All factions from any of the Ethics and Civics overhauls should be able to rebel now with just the base mod.

Probably not, but not just because of the version change. Civil Wars and Ethics and Civics Classic eere both recently updated and contained some big changes. Combined with the fact that I'm busy with university, I just haven't really had time to update it yet. You are free to test if it works though.
