Got the idea from a comrade on my Purple Cultists texture pack

Things changed:
• Lunatic Cultist
• Lunatic Cultist Gore Effect
• Lunatic Cultist (Decoy)
• Lunatic Cultist Trophy
• Lunatic Cultist Mask
• Lunatic Cultist Boss Health Bar/Map icon
• Lunatic Devotee
• Lunatic Devotee Banner
• Cultist Archer
• Blue Cultist Archer Banner
• Cultists Gore Effect
• Lunar Cultist Hood
• Lunar Cultist Robe

With this one I tried to change things like the Phantasm Dragon, Ritual Circle or Projectiles.
But it didn't really look great. So yeah that got scrapped.

Also, the 1.4 armor sprite sheets are confusing and there is one set of arm sprites I haven't coloured because I just don't know when they play. If you're wearing the Lunar Cultist Robe and see one of your arms turn purple please let me know so I can fix it.
