This package includes graffiti paintings or mural paintings from around the world:
US, Australia, Japan, China, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, South Africa, Sweden and the UK.

They are meant to be used with the Procedural Objects mod to get them placed correctly and to be able to change the size.
