oh it's very simple "cp" mean the "cost unit power". So this work only in "multiplayer" so you need to create a "multiplayer" game not only on "internet" but in "lan" and you can play with this mod

Hey so I was wondering if you could do this also for the Rebel faction, I think thats how its called, the other faction between GRM and Russia ... would be really cool! :D
