Shortened Transport Mode Disengage Timer

Changes the ten-minute timer on disengaging Transport Mode to five seconds. Good for making utility stations you want to carry with you attached to your ship, quickly deploy, then un-deploy and move out without a whole lot of fuss.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- Text prompts say 'one minute.' This is not something I'm willing to fix as this mod as it is is a single line and a print() to say it loaded OK. KISS principle in true form.
