The Beetle (Custom Enemy Resource)

Add the unused enemy "Beetle" back in the files with a proper .ep and .mdl for mappers to use.

Basically, I saw that unused 3D model of that Beetle for TLH and decided to try to bring it back to life, cause I was bored. My 1st experimentation with puppets (da blue gnaar don't count, it was just a joke anyway...) was successful and, since we no longer have 1 HP spammable kamikaze enemies (aka: Marsh Hopper), I finally decided to publish it to the workshop.
It's really not that much, but I don't have the time right now to make and add more custom enemies for this pack and, anyway, they would probably be not related to these beetles nor TLH, so nevermind. Might update it if I change my mind about that.

This pack don't have a Beetle.cb for the Behavior. Just use the one for the regular kamikaze and it should be good.

Side notes:
- I decreased the flying speed of the beetle from 1 unit since the video and the release. Basically, it should be a bit slower.
- Thank to Pan for reworking the Netricsa Message to make it look better
