This building was designed for a suburban office park adjacent to a mall, but was inexplicably made 23 stories tall. The crisp lines of the international-style architecture have been ruined by the new tan boxes constructed on the roof to house telecommunications equipment.

Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
This model also has a lot of tris.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.
