描述
Hello!

Here's to you: a Sho-Battai vanilla expansion!
It comes with more shops (including some made by me), 45 random empire recruits and lots of buildings on sale.

It also adds a wanderer start in this city (even if there is another vanilla start, empire citizen, that makes you start in Sho-Battai too).

@cHaoTic load it up and look.

I understand asking about stuff that takes time and effort to find out/verify, like world states or or whatever, but all you literally have to do in this case is make a new game and walk for 30 seconds looking at the towers to know...

Was there a Shinobi Thieves tower? Didn't find it in this mod.

Really nice city layout change, but you /really/ need to cut back on the amount of wanderer spawns in it. The city is flooded with NPCs who stand around idle because the game can't manage so many npcs in one spot. Even on standard global pop npcs reactions are heavily lagged and several seconds behind because of this.
