Bovine Helios' module

This was built for reforge. {Should} work in vanilla.

Has enough gens to run all devices at the same time.
Enough fuel tanks to run for 96 hours with everything on at idle.
And pretty cheap to build.

It has rooms on the top/side where the stairs are for more cargo boxes or small constructors.
