Petroleum Refinery

描述
This is simply one of the sub buildings of the Refinery unique factory turned into a processing building.

Produces Petroleum at 4x the rate of the of a single waste oil plant, cost and most other stats are multiplied by 4x, except for workers which I toned down to 210 from the 90 of a single waste oil plant, but require better education levels.

Requires Industries DLC probably

Love it. Wish you'd make the equivalent for each of the extracting/processing buildings for all industries. A bit cheaty but I'm all for it; works for how I build!
