It's a commercial building so all your "little people"/pax/cims or whatever name you want to use for them, they will be able to go there and "work" as any transport links will allow them to go there assuming you have towns etc all linked together.
You simply place the building roadside. It adds jobs and it doesn't remove any jobs from other buildings.
Likewise it's the same if you use "magnets" that generate pax then they can also add places for your little people to go to or from. Add them and a plopable building so it looks as if they come and go from it.
I use these on border towns in mega maps as an arrivals and departure point to add through traffic for trains crossing the map

How do plopped buildings like these work in-game? Does it "steal" commercial demand from a town, or simply add to it? Like if i have a city that would naturally have 1,000 commercial jobs, if I place this building will the town then delete 200 worth of existing commercial buildings to balance?

Some of the buildings you see are mine that I haven't had the time to release yet, most stuff should be on the workshop though

Just watched your vids on Youtube. Very impressive to say the least. especially if you're going to build London. It'll be interesting to see it when all the trains are running. I'd hate to see how long it takes for it to load, when you complete it with all those mods and I hope your rig can handle it, I think mine would give up the ghost on a far more detailed London map, in comparison to the two vids you have uploaded already. One thing you might want to do is to consider the amount of trees you'll use, as they suck the life out of game performance, if used in abundance. Also are you going to list the mods used in these vids? I'm asking as there's a few buildings, amongst others, that are quite possibly not on the Steam Workshop. Also are you going to upload this London map when done?
Again, well done on the work done so far as it looks like it's taken quite a time already.

Is Celmi building the City of London?
If I am correct, all of these buildings are there.

It would be nice to see The Shard, even if it's south of the river, it would be a nice addition to London Bridge Station as it's part of the structure there.

Also it would be interesting to see Cannon Street Station as an addition too but the points on the bridge over the Thames would be a bugger to do though! lol

What's next? The Shard? LOL
