Overhaul of existing Hong Kong Mod which fixes a few bugs and introduce a new district. Enjoy~ @2021/05/18 map support changes, small changes for the district.

I am busy for this few days to make other mod so will not reply most of the comments unless it is funny or about gameplay and bug reports.

I suggest if you just dun like hongkong as a civ better do not leave comment, it is for your own good to save your "face".
