Description:

Tired of barely being able to move when making a pickaxe? Think you shouldn't be able to move at all when making items?

Simple ini config to change the speed you can move at when crafting. Defaults to walk speed. Read below for details.

Features:

-Configurable setting for crafting movement speed

Configs:

[CraftingMovementSpeedPenalty]
SpeedMultiplier=0.55

Configs Explained:

Walking Speed: 0.55
Running Speed 1.0
No Movement: 0.000001

If you use a value of 0, it will simply use the default value, in this case 0.55.

I learned how to use this.

Location:
Steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

File:
GameUserSettings.ini

This is copied from the description here, add it to the file and alter as needed

[CraftingMovementSpeedPenalty]
SpeedMultiplier=0.55

Author gives these details:
Walking Speed: 0.55
Running Speed 1.0
No Movement: 0.000001

Where is the ini data? Mod does not work for me.
