Operal UAS-NIArms-CUP-RHS Proxy Patch

A spiritual successor to the CUP EMAG proxy patch, the Operal UAS-NIArms-CUP-RHS proxy patch is a new proxy patch that basically only adds a mix of NIArms, CUP, and RHS proxy models to the UAS ammo suite. Oh, and: you can now use lancer mags for 5.56! I haven't tested this yet, so @me on Discord or in the comments if something breaks.
