描述
Lartigue monorail system tracks. This mod use all base game items loads.

The mod include:
-Lartigue Steam monorail locomotive + tender
-Lartigue Monorail boxcar wagon
-Monorail hoppercar wagon
-Monorail stakecar wagon
-Lartigue passenger car ( Unused for now )
-Lartigue monorail system tracks
-Depot
-Station
-Regular signal

Localization: En, Es, De (Kadele).

Changelog:
-Release.
-Added some missing .obj.meta files.
-Updated for Steam version 0.85.
-Added German localization.

Version: 1.25.

Hi, main problemes were:
-Loads had to be evenly balanced. If a farmer wanted to send a cow to market, he would have to send two calves to balance it, which would travel back on opposite sides of the same freight wagon, thereby balancing each other
-Due to the track's design, it was not possible to build conventional level crossings.
-Passengers could not pass from one side of a carriage to another while in motion.

Hi, From Wikipedia; The Lartigue Monorail system was developed by the French engineer Charles Lartigue (1834–1907). A line 17 km (11 mi) long was built in 1895 between Feurs and Panissières, in the French département of Loire. However this line never opened after it failed certification testing in both 1895 and 1896. The track and equipment were scrapped in 1902.[2]

The most famous Lartigue railway was the Listowel and Ballybunion Railway in Ireland which ran for 36 years from 1888.

By 1881 Lartigue had also built a 90 km (56 mi) monorail to transport esparto grass across the Algerian desert, with mules pulling trains of panniers that straddled the elevated rail.

These are all the cars and locomotive that I found when I made the mod, if there were more they would be fictitious. Glad you like the mod. :D

Great setup, wish there were more train types / car types that could be researched but it's a great start!

Hi Valck, I understand that the upcoming updates will greatly improve the track and road tool, allowing tracks to be placed better and with more options. Due to the limitations with the tracks now, I haven't done any Monorail / Maglev, but as soon as I can create a track as I want, I will finish the Tama-Toshi Monorail. ;)
