Third Person Animation Tweaks

UPDATE 9.5.22 :
I know this mod has not been updated in a while. Conan got boring for me so I put it away for a long time. I still love the world and lore of this classic fantasy series, and now that evil sorcery is a path we can *actually* take in the current game, I'm coming back to it. I like what I was able to figure out with my mod, it was fun to make, and I am going to be tinkering with it again. But progress may be slow for a couple reasons:

One is that I would like to make some improvements to the mod's compatibility, as lots of folks have been asking for it.

The second is that Unreal Engine absolutely chugs on my current laptop, and it's like easily 15 minutes per startup so when I ♥♥♥♥ something up and Unreal crashes on me, it can be very time consuming.

The original mod altered a lot of important base animation assets, and I'm trying to figure out how to make it do what I need it to do without directly modifying those assets. If I figure this out it will significantly improve compatibility with other animation mods, and many folks are asking for this. I didn't originally care about what mods were compatible and which weren't, since I just made this mod for myself to mess around in singleplayer, but it will be a challenge to become a better modder. So please bear with me, and thanks for the kind words everyone.

P.S. if anyone has any tips for working in UE4 and setting up a second animation blueprint to piggyback off the main one, please feel free to dm me with your tips. Thanks!






OLD DESCRIPTION:
This mod allows your character to take a breather after 5 seconds idling while holding a weapon, it felt pretty unnatural to be in a readied stance forever, especially when hyenas weren't present. Standing, walking, and jogging animations were added using animation blending.

I finally made the walking toggleable by adjusting the movement speed multiplier (I swear to god I looked for hours and could not find a way to cap the movement speed as a toggle, just as a temporary measure, which is why you had to re-apply the key). NOW all speed is capped which will see you lose stamina if you are in "walk mode" and press the sprint key. So switch out of walk mode when you want to run until I figure that one out.

other changes:
Adds directional movement while holding a bow (character will auto face reticle when aiming or firing)
Looking up or down while holding a bow no longer turns player character into a pretzel, only the head and neck moves.
In first person, the camera doesn't spring forward a foot when the walk key is pressed (small QoL improvement)

put it at the bottom of your load order
