Health items from the game just mentioned.
This is an all-in-one model (this means that the models that you see, have an own bone), and that you can turn off/on each model using the bodygroups section (and they also have a simple physic).

I'm inexperienced with models so I wouldn't know where to begin. Is that something you'd do for commission?
