Historical Weapon - Morningstar

Adds in the morningstar to the game.

Comes with Meit added to Seta.
Research is moxed in with other items.

also includes a bonus 2h heavy weapon version, which isnt historically accurate but was just for fun!

Just a note, the textures for the Meit in the images are using a retexture mod, so the actual weapon does follow all normal ingame textures.
