To be fair, I always name the hexes after what the original sets/items are called on TF2 Workshop

Tho i won't rename this hex's title unless the original creator changes the title on the original TF2 Workshop item.

its "The Drunk Death", but the spanish is incorrect, it should be "La Muerte Borracha", because death or muerte is femenin, un saludo! :D
