As a diabetic, I've tried simulating a hypoglicemia. It can be very dangerous as the diabetic may enter a coma within 30 minutes.
The first thing to do is call the ambulance. Afterwards the diabetic should consume sweet food or even better, sweet drinks like Coca Cola.

NEVER IGNORE DIABETICS.

Also it is spelt 'Hypoglycemia' (other places) and/or 'Hypoglycaemia' (British spelling) not ''hypoglicemia'' :)
