Small mod that adds chance of receiving mutation by all skaven character on creation (Player and AI).
Chance is around 40%.
For now using selected normal mutations, but I might add more skaven specific in future.

Mutations: Gifts from Ruinous Powers.

@Reece - Thx for info. mutation is rolled on agent creation. I guess when agent is send on clan contract he is being killed and created again when he comes back :)

Found a bug. When an agent comes back from a eshin clan contract it can get a mutation. Had an assassin with 3 mutations when was recruited originally with 1.

you need to add a larger% to the mutation or some events, in extreme cases, give out a random generation of mutations when the level rises.

There is slightly less then 50& chance of mutation on lord creation. Did you tested by recruting couple of characters ?
