Replaces the RoD texture with the one that resembles a certain messenger that all the cool kids use.

Now with the notification sound effect!
Be warned, though, that the RoD teleport sound is also used by many other items - for example, the Wand of Sparkling, Crimson Rod, Demon Scythe, Hook of Dissonance and others.
