The Tick

At long last, The Tick and Arthur are back in action and ready to fight some crime!

As always, if something looks weird with the skin or something doesn't seem to work right, let me know in the comments and I'll see what I can do. There's not too much to this skin, since The Tick doesn't really have much on him besides his skin-tight blue suit, but I tried to mix things up a bit with the chicken form instead. I also switched over to a colored outline for the head, since that seems to look nicer in-game compared to solid black outlines.
