Xenoblade Chronicles Themed Healthbar (Updated)

It's a mix of both XC:DE, and XC (Wii). Health colors have been changed as well, health is now blue when healthy, while the other
two colors are mostly the same with a change to how temp health is displayed.

Updated the look of it somewhat cause I felt it was too unfinished, looks a lot better now. Should also now display player names properly within the box. New version in thumbnail/images is slightly outdated: nametag box was lowered slightly to fit usernames properly, but is basically the same.
