[Simfphys] M313 Elephant

An Elephant from Halo 3. It's still very much a work-in-progress, but it's functional, and there's a distinct lack of Elephants on the workshop, so here you go.

Features
- A functioning lights system. Foglights, highbeams, regular lights.
- A functioning fuel system. If you need to fuel its gigantic fuel tank up for some reason, you can.
- Passenger seats
- Moving treads. The textures on the treads are messed up, so I'll have to fix it later, but I'm happy that they work.
- Tank steering. Pressing A or D and then W will turn you like a tank would. Because it's got treads, not wheels.
- Can carry vehicles. While they will stay inside on their own relatively well when on flat surfaces and not doing wonky maneuvers, I do recommend using some type of contraints, preferably welds. GMod physics are... weird.

I intend to add a turret like in Halo 3 later on, when I have the knowledge on how to. I'm already working on it, so that's fun.
