I don't have a team (although I occasionally do work with other creators but not too often) but I reuse a lot of parts. Most of the more detailed components I can reuse over and over again. After all this time I've gotten pretty quick at detailing and have figured out how to easily build smooth hulls.
I think the other component of my builds is that they aren't meant to be optimized. I don't really need to refine systems down as much and a lot of the time the changes I make are to make the ships weaker in combat for balance.
I may spend a ton of time on one small component but it saves me much more time down the line when I reuse it again.
Speak of the ship, this is not as good as Basking Shark, not to mention that thumper huge missles can be kited by fast vehicles. This cannot change its prowess against slower vehicles, though.
