Should be fixed now.
For example, if you play a seed with the mod off, you get certain perks. If you turn it on and play the same seed (by using the Seed Changer mod), you will get different perks.
This makes using seed finding tools unpredictable (like https://cr4xy.dev/noita/index.html)
You might want to look into it.
I guess i culd make a version without it for those that think getting an accuracy boosting modifier (from a spell or perk) is too much work for 360 degree repulsion over the small sector.
