Easier High Kingdom of the North Sea

描述
Removes the 30 year requirements and the era requirements in the "Secure the High Kingdom of the North Sea" decision making it a lot easier and accessible. That's all.

Also fixes the decision as it's broken in vanilla.
In the vanilla game, It was just checking if ANYONE was holding one of those titles for 30 years aka you could unify England, Denmark and Norway without having any of them and while England, Denmark and Norway still existed independently. [To my knowledge this has been fixed. You can thank me for that]

I made this for personal use because the 30 year requirement was a pain and I've seen some people complain about it so I made this public.

As of november it still doesnt work, the decision is still there it just doesnt do anyting. Great mod would love to see it updated if you have free time

Yeah, sorry. I'm not super interested in CK3 right now so it's unlikely that I'll update this any time soon.

@NorscanWarlord with the new dlc, decisions got messed up. Any mod that added a decision that hasn't been updated doesn't seem to work. It's because they redid the Decisions Tab. Hopefully someone will update a North Sea requirement mod or make a new one. Because as of right now, don't see any other way to make it besides holding the 3 kingdoms for 30 years like vanilla.

@Juicer how did you get it to work? I have England, Norway and Denmark, but i can't do the decision as it's a blank page, i hit "Above all, a High King!" but nothing happens

No clue. Try it out yourself.
The CoA should be fine as this mod only changes the decision, nothing else.
